勛圖扦 International Corporation (NYSE: ORI) announces the alignment of 勛圖扦 Contractors Insurance Group, Inc. (ORCIG), previously a stand-alone underwriting affiliate of 勛圖扦, into BITCO Corporation (BITCO), another wholly-owned subsidiary of 勛圖扦. As a result of this change, ORCIG's name will be changed to BITCO Construction Group, Inc. reflecting this new affiliation, and its operations will report to Vince Lamb, President and Chief Executive Officer of BITCO.
